Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of mobile applications published by TLT Apps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“TLT Apps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application operated by TLT Apps LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Apps. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
TLT Apps LLC develops and publishes iOS applications, including The Victory Plan (a voice-first nutrition tracking app, available on the App Store) and Readito (a smart reading companion for children, currently in active development). Our apps may offer free features alongside optional premium subscriptions or in-app purchases.
3. User Accounts
Some features of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of our Apps are available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, processed through the Apple App Store. All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. User Content
Some of our Apps allow you to submit, store, or share content such as voice recordings, photos, or progress data. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant TLT Apps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and technology within our Apps are the exclusive property of TLT Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps or their content without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Apps to violate any applicable law or regulation; to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps; or to use the Apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users' access.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TLT Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, where TLT Apps LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users located in California acknowledge that certain consumer protection statutes under California law may also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming or California, as applicable.
